It is almost time for TeddyCon!!!

It is hard to believe that November 4th is right around the corner!  We are getting super excited about all of the plans we have to make this a great event!  We have a lot of information to share with you.  PLEASE read this entire email so that you do not miss anything important.

Coffee Shop - 6 AM - Noon

In the lobby of the hotel is a coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffee and packaged goodies.  Please note: they do not accept the Starbucks card.

Breakfast Buffet - 7 AM - 10 AM
If you are staying in the host hotel there are 2 breakfast vouchers per room / per day.  Additional breakfasts can be purchased for $13.95.  If you are not staying at the host hotel, you are welcome to join us for breakfast at the same price!

Lunch Buffet - 11:30 AM - 2 PM
Chef is putting together a delightful lunch buffet filled with "little" favorites and healthy options for $18

Grab N Go - Noon - 5 PM
Assorted food and drinks will be available in the convention space.  

Dinner Buffet - 5 PM - 8 PM
Chef won't let you down for dinner either!!!  The dinner buffet will be available for $22

Sit Down Dinner - 4 PM - Midnight
Have a sit down dinner with an Ala Carte menu tailored for TeddyCon

Upstairs Bar - 7 PM - 2 AM
Multiple bar stations will be available through out the convention space during the evening event times.  Beer, wine, liquor and special surprise signature drinks.

Downstairs Bar - 4 PM - 2 AM

Full bar with a large selection of whiskey and bourbon.  Beer, wine, liquor and special surprise signature drinks.

If you are a guest of the Host Hotel

Bring your parking garage ticket to the hotel registration desk.  They will validate your parking to the reduced rate of $12/day.  You will be able to go in and out of parking garage all weekend without getting a new ticket or incurring additional fees. The parking fee will be added to your room charge.

If you are not staying at the Host Hotel

Bring your parking garage ticket to the hotel registration desk.  They will validate your parking to the reduced rate of $12/day.  You will be able to go in and out of parking garage all weekend without getting a new ticket or incurring additional fees.  The parking fee will be paid at the payment kiosk when you leave for the last time.

Daily Room Cleaning

At check in, you will be asked if you want to have your room cleaned during your stay.  If you choose not to have your room cleaned during your stay, housekeeping will not bother you. 

Host Hotel

On Thursday a garbage bag will be left at your door to be used for your room garbage. On Friday night and Saturday night we ask that your garbage bags be placed outside your door by 2:30 am.  If we take a garbage bag from outside of your room, we will leave a new empty bag for you to use.  On Sunday when checking out, please leave your garbage in the provided garbage bag outside your door.

Sheraton Hotel
When you check in at event registration you will be given a garbage bag to use at your hotel.  Please have your garbage outside your hotel room door on Saturday night by 3:00am.

Other Hotels

If you are staying at a different hotel or location, we are unfortunately not able to provide this service.  PLEASE be respectful of the housekeeping staff at your hotel and be aware of the garbage you are leaving behind.

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms on the second floor with be marked as Gender Neutral.
The bathrooms on the first for will remain gendered.

Changing Rooms
For attendees that are staying off site, there will be changing rooms available on the second floor for clothing and diaper changes.

Bag Check

For attendees that are staying off site, there will be a bag check available.

REMEMBER - You must show proof of full vaccination at event check in and be wearing a mask during the event.
